สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มรภ.นครศรีธรรมราช ประชุมผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างาน ครั้งที่ 6/2569 พิจารณาแผนปฏิบัติราชการและงบประมาณปี 2570

วันที่ 6 ตุลาคม 2569 เวลา 09.30–12.00 น. สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จัดประชุมผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างาน ครั้งที่ 6/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานผู้อำนวยการ ชั้น 1 ห้อง 1918 เพื่อหารือและติดตามประเด็นสำคัญด้านการบริหารงาน รวมถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมในการดำเนินงานประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570

สาระสำคัญของการประชุมประกอบด้วยการแจ้งแนวปฏิบัติของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช เกี่ยวกับการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณเงินรายได้และเงินแผ่นดิน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 ตลอดจนแผนปฏิบัติราชการและแผนงบประมาณ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2570 เพื่อใช้เป็นกรอบในการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงาน

นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมมีประเด็นเสนอเพื่อพิจารณา ได้แก่ การกำหนด Timeline และผู้รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน ประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช เรื่อง หลักเกณฑ์และแนวทางการเบิกจ่ายสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมการแข่งขันทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ พ.ศ. 2569 รวมถึงการปรับตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานทั่วไปเป็นนักวิชาการศึกษา ของลูกจ้างชั่วคราวในศูนย์ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมนานาชาติ และศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์

ในวาระอื่น ๆ มีการนัดหมายการประชุมผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างานครั้งถัดไป ครั้งที่ 7/2569 รวมถึงการนัดหมายประชุมบุคลากร ครั้งที่ 2/2569 เพื่อถ่ายทอดแผนการดำเนินงานปี 2570 และมอบหมายตัวชี้วัด โดยเอกสารระบุวันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 น.

การประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านแผนงาน งบประมาณ การกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบ และการถ่ายทอดแผนการดำเนินงาน เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นไปตามกรอบการดำเนินงานที่กำหนด

On October 6, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, held its Executive and Section Heads Meeting No. 6/2026 at the Director’s Office Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Room 1918. The meeting focused on key administrative matters and preparations for operations in Fiscal Year 2027.

Key agenda items included guidelines issued by Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University regarding the utilization of revenue and government budget funds for Fiscal Year 2027, as well as the 2027 Action Plan and Budget Plan, which will serve as a framework for the Office’s operations.

The meeting also considered several important matters, including the establishment of a timeline and the assignment of responsible personnel to ensure that operations proceed according to plan; the Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University announcement on criteria and guidelines for reimbursement related to English language skills competition activities for 2026; and proposed position adjustments for temporary employees from General Administration Officer to Academic Officer at the Center for Languages and International Culture and the Computer Center.

Under other business, the meeting discussed scheduling the next Executive and Section Heads Meeting, No. 7/2026, as well as Personnel Meeting No. 2/2026, which will focus on communicating the 2027 operational plan and assigning performance indicators. The document specifies that the personnel meeting is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

This meeting formed part of the Office’s preparation for the upcoming operational year, covering action planning, budgeting, assignment of responsibilities, and communication of operational plans to ensure that the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology carries out its work in accordance with the established framework.
