ARIT NSTRU ร่วมขับเคลื่อน NSTRU CONNECT พัฒนาระบบบริหารงานบุคลากร ครอบคลุมระบบการลา การขอไปปฏิบัติราชการ และการทำงานนอกเวลา สู่ Digital University

On October 8, 2026, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University (NSTRU) held a meeting to discuss the development of the Personnel Work Management System under its NSTRU CONNECT digital platform. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Sompong Raksatham, President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, and attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Somrak Rodcharoen, Vice President for Research and Information Technology, along with university executives and relevant personnel. The discussions aimed to establish development approaches aligned with the university’s operational processes and administrative regulations.

The meeting focused on analyzing and designing workflows for three key personnel management systems: the Leave Management System, Official Duty Request System, and Overtime Work Request System. Particular emphasis was placed on workflow design, electronic document management, and clearly defined procedures for reviewing, processing, and approving requests to promote consistency and standardized administrative operations.

Regarding the Leave Management System, participants examined leave categories, employee leave entitlements, request submission and approval procedures, leave cancellations, application status tracking, and statistical reporting. The discussions also addressed the integration of information and workflows among relevant university units to ensure the proposed system can effectively support personnel and administrators at different organizational levels.

The meeting further explored development approaches for official duty requests covering both domestic and international assignments, as well as requests for work outside regular office hours. The proposed digital workflows are intended to reduce repetitive paperwork, simplify administrative procedures, improve processing efficiency, and enhance transparency through more systematic document tracking and approval processes.

The ongoing development of NSTRU CONNECT reflects Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University’s commitment to modernizing internal administrative operations through digital technology. By streamlining workflows, reducing paper-based processes, and improving personnel services, the initiative is expected to contribute to the university’s broader transition toward becoming a Digital University.
