ARIT NSTRU ร่วมกิจกรรมขยายศูนย์บริการประชาชน PDPA Center เสริมความรู้คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

วันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2569 สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช นำโดย ดร.ธานี จินตสุทธิศักดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรของสำนัก เข้าร่วม กิจกรรมขยายศูนย์บริการประชาชน PDPA Center ซึ่งจัดโดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ณ โรงแรม Grand Fortune Hotel Nakhon Si Thammarat จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับ กฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และสนับสนุนการให้บริการแก่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ หน่วยงานภาคเอกชน และประชาชนทั่วไป โดยมุ่งพัฒนาความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงแนวทางในการให้คำปรึกษาและรับเรื่องร้องเรียนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ PDPA
ภายในกิจกรรมวันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2569 ประกอบด้วยการบรรยายความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับ กฎหมาย PDPA การศึกษากรณีตัวอย่างและแนวทางป้องกันความเสี่ยง ที่อาจเกิดจากการฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน ตลอดจนกิจกรรม Workshop เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน พร้อมการตอบข้อซักถามและสรุปผลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นการเสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจแก่บุคลากรของ สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในด้าน การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและกฎหมาย PDPA ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นสำคัญต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการให้บริการของหน่วยงาน ตลอดจนสามารถนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน และการให้บริการภายในมหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างเหมาะสม

On 5–6 October 2026, the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, led by Dr. Thanee Jintasuttisak, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, together with staff members, participated in the PDPA Center Public Service Expansion Activity, organized by the Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC), at Grand Fortune Hotel Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

The activity was organized to raise awareness and strengthen understanding of personal data protection law, as well as to support the provision of services for government agencies, private-sector organizations, and the general public. The program focused on developing knowledge and understanding of personal data protection, together with practical approaches to providing consultation and handling complaints related to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
On 5 October 2026, the program included a lecture on general knowledge concerning PDPA law, along with case studies and guidelines for preventing risks arising from violations or non-compliance with personal data protection requirements, particularly issues related to human rights violations.
Participants also took part in a workshop on personal data protection issues related to human rights violations, followed by a question-and-answer session and a summary of the day’s activities.
On 6 October 2026, the program included a visit to the “Public Service Center for Complaints and Consultation on Personal Data Protection (PDPA Center)” to study its operational processes and service approaches for personal data protection at the local level.
Participation in this activity provided ARIT NSTRU personnel with enhanced knowledge and understanding of personal data protection and PDPA regulations, which are increasingly important for information technology operations and organizational services. The knowledge gained can be applied appropriately to the Office’s work processes and services within Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.
